MICROWAVE

Our porcelain pieces have been fired at 1400°C and can therefore perfectly withstand high temperatures.
All our models are microwave safe. with the exception of those that are decorated with precious metals (gold, silver or platinum).
However, be careful of temperature differences between hot and cold (for example, going from the refrigerator to the oven), the part could crack.

DISHWASHER

All our models are dishwasher safe. with the exception of those decorated with precious metals (gold, silver, or platinum). Be sure to select a low-temperature program and follow the recommended detergent dosage. Ensure that the pieces do not bump against each other.

For hand cleaning, we recommend using a soft sponge and regular dishwashing liquid.

Delivery within mainland France

Delivery will be made no later than five working days from the receipt of the email confirming your order.

Free delivery for orders over 100 euros in mainland France (including Corsica and Monaco).

Delivery in Europe

Sales on our e-shop are possible from the following countries:
Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Great Britain,
Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland.

Delivery will be made within seven working days from the receipt of the email confirming your order.

Checks to be carried out upon delivery

The Customer must check the following before signing the delivery note:

- The apparent condition of the package(s).

- The condition of the products inside the package(s).

- The correct conformity of the products with the delivery note on the one hand and with the goods ordered on the other hand.

In the absence of specific reservations made by the Client, the delivery will be presumed to be compliant.

Returns

If the product purchased online does not suit you, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision, up to fourteen days after receiving the item in question.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within fourteen days of receiving the returned items. Please note that refunds are not issued in-store.
