As a general rule, avoid leaving acidic or potentially staining preparations—such as marinades, vinaigrettes, tea, or coffee—on your dishes. Rinse them with hot water after use.

Please also take care to avoid thermal and physical shocks.

Our plates are microwave-safe, with the exception of those containing precious metals.

Décors without finish or with colored rim:

Like all white porcelain, the majority of Jaune de Chrome enamels are fired at very high temperatures, making them particularly resistant. They are suitable for regular use and can be washed daily in the dishwasher. Microwave-safe.

Décors with gold, platinum, or bronze finish:

Finishes with precious metal rims are more delicate. They are dishwasher-safe; however, to preserve them for as long as possible, we recommend using a low-temperature cycle and reducing the amount of detergent by half (non-abrasive detergent only).

Not microwave-safe.

Décors in precious metals:

Décors featuring inlays or precious metal leaf are highly delicate and are not dishwasher- or microwave-safe. To clean and revive their shine, we recommend gently wiping with a soft cloth and white vinegar.
