Delivery within mainland France
Delivery will be made no later than five working days from the receipt of the email confirming your order.
Free delivery for orders over 100 euros in mainland France (including Corsica and Monaco).
Delivery in Europe
Sales on our e-shop are possible from the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland.
Delivery will be made within seven working days from the receipt of the email confirming your order.
Checks to be carried out upon delivery
The Customer must check the following before signing the delivery note:
- the apparent condition of the package(s).
- the condition of the products inside the package(s).
- the proper conformity of the products with the delivery note on the one hand and with the goods ordered on the other hand.
In the absence of specific reservations made by the Client, the delivery will be presumed to be compliant.

Returns
If the product purchased online does not suit you, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision, up to fourteen days after receiving the item in question.
The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The refund will be issued within fourteen days of receipt of the returned items.
It is specified that no refunds are given in store.
