From January 26 to 30, we participated in the SIRHA trade fair, which brought together more than 225,031 professionals and 3,700 exhibitors.
This show was the opportunity to launch our " Chef's Knife " operation by offering a bronze knife with a porcelain plaque insert to a large number of chefs, including Frédéric Anton, Mathieu Vianney, Regis Marcon and Yannick Alléno.
Rich in contacts, this event allowed us to gather very good feedback on the collections and new products presented.
