March 28 – April 12 | Thomas Bastide Exhibition – 40 Years of Creations Retraced
JL Coquet is exhibiting its latest "Rêve" collection, designed by Thomas Bastide, at the Dacryl showroom in Paris for fifteen days.
It is in connection with the release of the book Design by Thomas Bastide that we rediscover the 40 years of creations of the designer and his recent work carried out alongside prestigious houses such as Fermob, Baccarat, Dacryl, Claude Dozorme and JL Coquet.
The Rêve collection, the designer's latest creation, is a beautifully rounded service whose sensual shapes are inspired by clouds and reverie. Comprising a teapot, creamer, sugar bowl, cups and saucers for tea, coffee and mocha, as well as a vase, each piece features a ball handle offered in two versions (white enamel or burnished gold patina). Thomas Bastide wanted to offer a new way of holding the pieces, using the palm of the hand.
