The Centre des monuments nationaux presents " Paris, capital of gastronomy, from the Middle Ages to the present day " at the Conciergerie in Paris.

In the exhibition, discover the "Structure" plate made by JL Coquet , Limoges porcelain , for chef Alain Ducasse at the restaurant Le Jules Verne .

An exceptional work attesting to the know-how of our craftsmen and their ability to represent the iron structure of the Eiffel Tower by playing with volumes and gravity.

In the Hall of the Men-at-Arms, this exhibition offers a journey into the gastronomic legend of the French capital, from the Middle Ages to the present day, from the memorable banquet of Charles V at the Conciergerie, to the wide culinary repertoire of today's capital.
Exhibition curators: François-Régis Gaudry, Loïc Bienassis and Stéphane Solier.
