This 8th edition will offer tasty encounters between products of excellence and tableware, gastronomy and design. Juan Arbelaez, chosen as the guest of honour, will officiate alongside many chefs, porcelain makers and producers during the three days of the event.
On this occasion, the manufactory will exhibit two tables at the Adrien Dubouché National Museum, presenting its iconic Hemisphere collection for j.l coquet and Blue Boléro and Blue Impression forjaune de chrome. His dishes will also be represented at the gala dinner on Saturday, September 21.
For this 2019 edition, j.l coquet and jaune de chromewill be associated with Toshitaka Omiya, chef of the restaurant Alliancewhich obtained its first Michelin star in 2017.
