J.L Coquet exhibits its latest collection "Rêve" by Thomas Bastide at the Dacryl showroom in Paris for two weeks.
As part of the release of the book Design by Thomas Bastide, we rediscover the designer's 40 years of creations and his recent work with prestigious houses such as Fermob, Baccarat, Dacryl and Claude Dozorme. J.L Coquet.
The Rêve collection, the designer's latest creation, is an all-round service whose sensual shapes are inspired by clouds and daydreams. Comprising a teapot, a Creamer, a Sugar bowl, cups and saucers for tea, coffee and mocha, and a vase, each piece features a ball handle available in 2 versions (white enamelled or burnished gold patina), Thomas Bastide wanted to offer a new way of gripping, with the hollow of the hand.
