Jaune de Chrome elaborates in its factory of Saint-Léonard de Noblat, located at a few kilometers of Limoges (Haute Vienne - France) products associating traditional work of the porcelain and contemporary completion by a remarkable work of enamels, rare characteristic of our company.

Enamel work is an exclusive process that makes our products absolutely remarkable. It consists in meticulously applying on the porcelain, an alloy of enamels and metallic components for a very surprising effect of matter. This technique requires great skill and a long training period so that each of our craftsmen can ensure a perfect mastery of the decorations.

Even if the gesture is irreproachable, the process remains artisanal. Each piece has a unique dimension, with slight variations in the decoration during the firing process.

Rich of this experience recognized by the greatest chefs, our porcelain represents the French art of living and participates in the influence of the know-how "made in France" in the whole world.

The spraying of enamels

All of the decorations Jaune de Chrome are applied to the porcelain using the spraying technique. Using a spray gun with a carefully measured amount of paint, the artisans spray the pieces on a lathe. To ensure that the decorations are consistent with each other, each piece is weighed so that the amount of decoration on each piece can be measured. The spraying allows to obtain plain, delicate or intense colors according to the quantity of sprayed paint.

The magic of the oven

The particularity of the decorations Jaune de Chrome is that the decoration is revealed during the firing in the oven. It is thanks to a controlled heat that the mineral, metallic and intense decorations are revealed.

Quality control

Before leaving for its final destination, each object is carefully checked after each operation, in order to offer a product of very high quality.
